The Hong Kong Kendo team achieved outstanding results in the 3rd CKOU South China Kendo Open Championships held in Guangzhou.

The Hong Kong Kendo team achieved outstanding results in the 3rd CKOU South China Kendo Open Championships held in Guangzhou.

In the individual competition, Usa Pittayayon won the championship in 3 Dan or above Women's group and Kate Lau come in 3rd place. Li Hui Yun and Zhuang Xinyan respectively take the 3rd place in the 1-2 Dan Women's group. Pang Kit Hung won the championship in 3 Dan Men's group and Li Lok Sang come in 3rd place. Yim Man Kit take 2nd place in 4 Dan and above Men's group

In the team competition, The Hong Kong men's A team come in 2nd place in men's group and the Hong Kong women's A team take 3rd place in women's group.

Li Hui Yun, Li Lok Sang and Yim Man Kit won the Fighting Spirit Award.

The Hong Kong Kendo Association congratulated the representative team and expressed its continued support for the development of Kendo in Hong Kong.
