FY2025 International Kendo Leaders’ Seminar(Application Closed)

We are writing to inform you that the FY2025 International Kendo Leaders’ Seminar organized by AJKF will be held on 17-24 October 2025, details are as follow:

Date: 17-24 October, 2025 (Friday to Friday)

Venue: Nippon Budokan Kenshu Center (582 Sawakura, Katsuura, Chiba, 299-5231)

Target: Current instructors and potential instructors with Kendo 3 Dan to 6 Dan

Quota: Each dojo may nominate 1 person for selection only

Subsidy: HKKA will provide the selected representative a maximum of HK$5,000 subsidy. HKKA will purchase travel insurance for the representative, and the fees will be deducted from the subsidy.

The selected representative will have to make his/her own arrangement to travel to the venue (including air-ticket and accommodation booking).

Please note:

* Please do not nominate Japanese nationals who have been affiliated with your organization for only a short period of time (a few years), or those who will eventually return to Japan, or those who are affiliated with your organization but currently reside in Japan.

* Please do not recommend anyone who have previously participated in the Seminar (formerly the Summer Seminar for Foreign Kendo Instructors).

If you would like to nominate a member from your dojo for selection. kindly reply to this email on or before 30^th May, 2025 (Fri) together with the attached application forms.

HKKA shall reserve the right of final decision.
