Roberto Kishikawa sensei (Kyoshi 8 Dan) on 18th Sep hosted a local referee seminar and it was successfully concluded. Kishikawa sensei briefly explained the role of referees to the participants, defined the concept of "Ippon," and provided examples of common “Hansoku”. Finally, through simulated Shiai, Kishikawa sensei allowed the participants to experience the work of a referee and put the knowledge they had learned into practice.
