The overseas exchange competition of HKKA Hochimanh City – Hong Kong International Kendo Competition,  

The information is as below:

Date: 13-16 June, 2014

Location: Hochimanh City

Target: All Dan level of HKKA & affiliated dojo members

Quota: Maximum 16 persons – 8 female + 8 men

Room rate: around $200-$250/ per person per night (double room)

Airfare : Please arrange individually (Please notify HKKA your flights schedule)

Suggestion: You can send email( paul@skyjet.hk )to agent Paul for booking air ticket.

Please inform HKKA when you confirm the flights schedule as soon as possible in order to notice the person in charge in Hochimanh City for booking hotel.

 

Subvention:  Participant entitles to a subvention of HKD$3000 by HKKA.

(Members must pay for their own expenses first. Reimbursement will

be made by HKKA after completion of trip and submission of report.)

 

Interested individuals please send the filled application form attached on or before 26/5/2014 , 17:00 pm

Entries – on first come first served and subject to the time/date received by HKKA email.

Players must send their own entry form without including other participants.

Application received will be replied that day on or before 5 pm.
