The 16th Hong Kong Open Novice and the 13th Hong Kong Open Junior Kendo Championships

The 16th Hong Kong Open Novice and the 13th Hong Kong Open Junior Kendo Championships will be held on 14^th January 2024 at Lei Yue Mun Sports Centre.

Details are as follow:

Date: 14th January 2024 (Sunday)

Time: 9am – 5.30pm

Venue: Main Arena, Lei Yue Mun Sports Centre

Address: 4/F of Lei Yue Mun Municipal Services Building, Yau Tong, Kowloon

Deadline of application: on or before 17:00, 19^th December 2023 (Tuesday)

1. Basic Group without Bogu 

a) Children Event (Age 6-12)

b) Teenage Event (Age 13 -17)

c) Adult Event (Age 18 or above)

* For those participate "1. Basic Group without Bogu" are not allowed to participate "2. Individual Event with Bogu"

2. Individual Event with Bogu (Age 18 and above male/female, 1Dan and below)

a) Men Event

b) Ladies Event

Joining fee: Participants who fulfill the entry requirement for one event entitled to register for HK$250 per head。

The 13th Hong Kong Open Junior Kendo Championships

1. Children Individual with Bogu Event (Age 6-12)

2. Male Teenage Individual Event (Age 13-17 Male)

3. Female Teenage/Youth Individual Event (Age 13-25 Female)

4. Male Youth Individual Event (Age 18-25 Male)

5. Tertiary students category– 3 people Men and Women Mixed Team (Tertiary students)

Joining fee: HK$250 per head 

Participants who fulfill the entry requirements for two events entitled to register for HK$350

per person.
