16th Hong Kong Asian Open Kendo Championships helper registration

16th Hong Kong Asian Open Kendo Championships will be held on 26th February-28th February 2016 (Friday to Sunday) at Tin Shui Wai Sports Centre, New Territories. We are pleased to inform you that the helper registration for 16th Hong Kong Asian Open Kendo Championships is in process. The details are as below:

 

Date:      26 Feb - 28 Feb 2016 (Fri-Sun)

 

Time:     26/2(Fri) 12:00pm-6:00pm  Dan Exam  (quota : round 10-15 persons)

              26/2 (Fri) 6:30pm- 10:30pm  Set up venue (quota : round 10-15 persons)

27/2(Sat) 7:00am-7:00pm  (quota : round 60-70 persons)

28/2(Sun) 7:00am-7:00pm (quota : round 60-70 persons)

 

Venue:   Tin Shui Wai Sports Centre (G/F, 1 Tin Pak Road, Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong)

 

Welcome Party: Free (please notify in the entry form)

 

Hotel Accommodation: $100 per person per night (Subject to final approval from the Executive Committee of HKKA)

                                                                                                                                                                 

Deadline: 4 February 2016 (Thursday), 5:00pm
