KENDO EXPERIENCE CLASS (children aged 10 or above till aged below 65)

Date: September to November (8,15,22/9/2019) - (6,13,20/10/2019) – (3,10/11/2019)

Every Sunday Morning 8am to 9am
Venue: No. 1 Dancing Room, Harbour Road Sports Centre, 27 Harbour Road, Wan Chai

Registration fees: HKD$600/person (8 Lessons) 
Shinai & shinai bag: $350 *can be waived if you have your own equipment 
Application deadline: till quota is full

Objective: promote Kendo and Japanese culture to the public and help participants to cultivate agility, dexterity, instant response, endurance and correct posture; develop habits and patience, nourish, cultivate concentration, decisiveness, and sportsmanship.

Content: Skills demonstration – dojo etiquette and discipline, Shinai (bamboo sword) handling, Kata, kendo movement face, hand, and punch strike practice.
