Hong Kong Kendo Association 24th Annual General Meeting

Dear all HKKA ordinary members and Dojo masters,

This is a notice of the 24^th Annual General Meeting which will be held at 3:00pm on 12^th August, 2018 (Sun) at Meeting Rooms No. 4-6, Olympic House, No.1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

And for those (Ordinary Members of HKKA) who have not settled all fees including the Annual fee and monthly fees up to September 2018, please kindly settle all payment (Note) on or before 6^th August, 2018 at 5:00pm (Monday). Failing to do so you will NOT be entitled to vote at the AGM on 12^th August, 2018.

If you are an ordinary member (1Dan and above) of HKKA but cannot attend the coming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12th August 2018 (Sunday), please return the original proxy form which prescribed by HKKA Executive Committee, not less than 24 hours before the time for holding the meeting. Please send your proxy by post and marked 「proxy」on the envelope to HKKA secretarial.  We need to have a quorum of not less than 30% of the total number of Ordinary members to attend either in person or by proxy, otherwise the AGM will have to be re-scheduled.

Deadline of the President and Members of the Senate nominations is 5:00pm, 3^rd August, 2018 (Friday).
