4th Vietnam Open Kendo Championship 2017

Vietnam Kendo Clubs Association has invited Hong Kong Kendo Association to participate in the 4th Vietnam Open Kendo Championship 2017 from 19th August – 20th August , 2017.

Date: 19th August – 20th August , 2017 (Sat-Sun)

Location: Sport Hall, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, University city, Thu Duc District District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Target: 

1. The priority will be given to HK Squad Training members

2. HKKA members & Affiliate Dojo members

Quota: Maximum 8 persons – 3 ladies + 5 men

Schedule:  

19th August 2017 (Sat) 9:00 – 17:45

Opening Ceremony , Men & Women Individual , Keiko 

20th August 2017 (Sun) 9:00 – 17:30

Men team & ladies team , Prizing Ceremony 

Entry fee:  

5 Men Team (per team) USD100

3 Women Team (per team) USD60

Individual (per pax) USD20

Lunch time Meal (day/pax) USD 5

Welcome Party (per pax) USD 20

Farewell party (per pax) USD 20

Subvention:  Each participant will be subsidized HKD$2500  by HKKA. 

Participants are required to pay for their own expenses first. Subvention will be made after the completion of trip. Subsidization will consider to be unsuccessful if participants do not submit the event report and all expenses receipts (copies will not be accepted).

HKKA will prepare Travel insurance for participants.

All application will be subject to the final decision of  the Executive Committee of HKKA.
