14th Hong Kong Regional Kendo Championships 2018

The 14th Hong Kong Regional Kendo Championships 2018 will be held on 15th- 16th December 2018 (Saturday - Sunday) at Lei Yue Mun Sports Centre Arena. Details are as follows,

i) Date : 15th December 2018 (Sat)

Competition: Children Individual Event (Age 6-12) & Teenage Individual Event (Age 13-15)

Time : 2pm – 4:30pm

ii) Date : 16th December 2018 (Sun)

Competition: Men’s 5-members team event & Ladies’ 3-members team event

Time : 9am – 5:30pm

Venue : 4/F, Arena, Lei Yue Mun Sports Centre, Lei Yue Mun Municipal Services Building, 6 Lei Yue Mun Path, Yau Tong, Kowloon

Target: 

1)      HKKA members & Affiliate Dojo members

2)      5 Dan or below 

3)      Men’s 5-members team event & Ladies’ 3-members team event (Age of 18 or above)

4)      Children Individual Event (Age 6-12) 

5)      Teenage Individual Event (Age 13-15)

Entry fee:

-  Ladies’ 3-members and Men’s 5-members team: HKD180 per person 

(including competition fee, lunch boxes on 16th Dec (Sun),welcome party fee and personal accident insurance)

- Children Individual & Teenage Individual: HKD150 per person

(including competition fee, welcome party fee and personal accident insurance)

Participants who have registered Ladies and Men team must attend the HKKA training every Tuesday and Sunday starting from 20th November 2018(Tue).There will be practice and selection competition during the training . The scoring system can be used as the reference to select the representative of Hong Kong to participate in 14th Regional Kendo Championships, coaches and Executive Committee of HKKA will have the final decision in ordering the team.

Deadline of application:

Ladies’ 3-members and Men’s 5-members team: 5:00pm, 19th November, 2018 (Monday) 

Children Individual & Teenage Individual: 5:00pm, 23th November, 2018 (Friday)
