kyu test on 2nd july monday 2:30pm-4:30pm

Please find attached coming summer kyu test application form.
Kyu test will take place at QE Stadium 2:30pm-4:30pm on 2nd July Monday.

Deadline of application : 20th June, wednesday

Applicants who wish to take part in 1Dan exam on 5th August they must pass 1kyu or 2kyu
and must be 14 years old and over.
